Mcdonald's

Bought 2 Big Macs. Each one had ONE burger party on it. Supposed Manager Luis said he would refund for one. Need I say more? Laughable. Update: So let me get this straight, instead of just sending a gift card I now have to carry around this letter in the hope that whatever teenage manager who could care less just like last time will honor it? Nope. Pathetic.

This McDonald's is absolutely disgusting I stopped in here to get something quick and use the bathroom there was food all over the floor feces all over the bathroom when I went to order table still had trash all on them stood there waiting for 10 minutes while crew members walked around looking at me not acknowledging my presence saying hello asking you to hold on a minute or anything after a 10-minute wait I decided to just walk out the door I highly recommend driving by this place again absolutely filthy one of the worst McDonald's that I've ever walked into couldn't believe that being an Andover in such a nice area that this place is his dirty as trashy and as poorly kept and ran as it is do yourself a favor keep on driving

My daughter and I come here weekly or so (drive-through), and I want to say that food is usually good, but today it was excellent, no, it was superb! Yes, Mcdonald's was superb! I'm not sure who served us, but it was December 6th at (around) 7:50 pm when we went through the window. My mcchicken with bacon was so good! Crispy bacon and temp was hot! Usually, my kid eats the food, and I eat the ice cream or nothing. When I get the chicken once in a while, it's good, but it ALWAYS needs to be this good. Some McDonalds have soggy bacon. Yuck. Give these ppl a raise and save those ingredients! I usually do not review fast food, and I know the workers don't get enough props when they are due, and they are due today. Excellent customer service when I added a sprite at the end. Very good all-around 11/10!

This is the 5th time I have came to this mcdonalds and they got my order wrong. One time I ordered online and they gave my order to another car. Then it took 45 mins to get my order right. Today my son wanted a happy meal. He is very picky eater and wanted French fries. So I order the 4 piece nugget happy meal with extra fries. I got home. There is 4 sad looking nuggets and about 10 French fries. All cold too!!! Done coming here. Also never have any ice cream or frappes or shakes. I feel bad to even complain but they are losing business. I feel like the people there are just plain lazy. If they don't like their jobs, get another one. 😒
