I ordered a hot roast pork roll with stuffing and apple sauce. It’s good in general but I took the 2 stars off because i couldn’t taste any apple sauce, the staff might have forgotten to put it in my roll. Hopefully, I could taste some apple sauce with the roll next time, it would be much nicer.
Bought Bakewell pudding in lieu of bday cake for my Mum’s birthday! Opened after travelling home to discover a very pasty pudding with a tiny sliver of jam (shown) Must say I’m disappointed for £6 price tag
I visited today and was served by a young lad who was really friendly and helpful. I have a severe nut allergy and he took the time to check ingredients properly and made sure I felt safe with what I was ordering. He didn’t rush or dismiss it like some places do. The cakes were nice too, overall a good experience
Perfect for a lovely meal. Great service, especially Ethan who gave us 5 star treatment. Also the Manageress was very professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend a visit here, and will be returning in the future.
The young lady serving was polite and efficient. There was a good selection of tempting looking cakes, even late in the afternoon when we dropped in. I had a brownie which was a good size, and delicious. My husband had a millionaire shortbread which he informs me was equally good.
Not a good experience today at all. Tuna roll and a cheese roll. Very dry and not nice at all. Had a pork pie just tasted of salt. All went in the bin I'm afraid. And at £17.35 with a can of pop 2 bags of crisps and a bottle of water not …
