Went for a spot of lunch after the place had been recommended by friends who'd gotten married there. Service, food, location was exceptional and only go if you're hungry as the portions are extremely healthy...... but worth it 😘👌

Attended an evening reception. The Barn was beautiful. Buffet food was great! The sausage rolls were best ever. Hope we get opportunity to go visit again.

We ended up getting stranded in Penistone for the evening because of a flat. Laura and everyone at Cubley Hall were so nice and patient with two tourist, who at the last minute, needed a room for the night.

It was a fantastic day, from beginning to the end...Staff are fantastic very pleasant..Sandra the wedding planner was amazing she and everyone else worked so hard..the day went without a hitch..leaving a very pleasant feeling in my heart

Moved to Penistone and was just going to have a drink. Saw a meat and potato pie go past me. Though fully booked an event was finished, so we were able to sit in that area once the tables were cleared.
Fabulous tasting pie, very substantial. Substituted my chips for salad, and it was a big portion including yellow peppers, onion, spinach, lambs lettuce. Staff professional and efficient.
Will try the carvery after Christmas.
