Capuccino is the worst ever tried...like water! The sweets are good!

Always delicious food from this chain. This visit did not let me down. Scrumptious toasted sandwich. Very clean. Friendly staff and only a short wait on table service. I always know I will have a good lunch if I see one of these café s. Absolutely worth a visit.

Really enjoyed our lunch here. Prices, service and food were all great. We were very fortunate to get such a good space to sit as we were in the middle of the bank holiday weekend at peak time! But couldn't fault it and we both left very full and happy.

Cake cakes and cake. It does what patisserie Valerie does friendly staff little dated decor but apart from that very nice experience here.

Their strawberry cakes are my favourite but I’m not a fan of their hot food.

It's a really beautiful place, with some of the finest cakes and drinks on offer in town. The shop is always in high demand, but don't let that deter you, you'll get first class service and have a moment to remember. Staff service is absolutely on par with the best, well done

Like most of the stores in this franchise food was well made and the selection was of a good variety. service here was slow but they did admit that they were a little short-staffed however they did their best to accommodate and make a fully packed cafe feel welcome and serviced properly.

Great service and yummy food. Particularly impressed at the interaction with my 3 year old niece who was offered colouring books and a special menu....and whose macaroni cheese arrived at exactly the right temp and with no scary garnish to put her off!! Really friendly team there...thank you!

Excellent afternoon tea. Made to feel very welcome and very helpful with mobility scooter access.

I visited yesterday with my youngest daughter and husband. The prices are a little on the experience side but the food was delicious, my husband said the coffee was smooth and creamy (I'm not a coffee drinker but he must have enjoyed it as he drank two) my young daughter and I shared a hot chocolate that she enjoyed hugely as I didn't really get a look in. The choice of sweet and saviours we were served was wonderful. The building is a fantastic genuine old building which does also mean it is very small. They try there best to accommodate everyone but you must expect to have a little wait at busy times. Staff friendly and helpful.
