Pistachio Cafe

Great place, favourite dessert parlour in Bedford. I like the location too- perfect for post-cinema, but also tucked away from the main town. Portion sizes are also very generous and staff are always friendly. I've never been in when it's been really business, but I quite like that there is a quieter/ambient atmosphere in there. Will continue to go back!

Visited Pistachios for the first time yesterday evening after having a meal at the Olive Tree. I ordered the pistachio waffle... absolutely delicious! I LOVE anything pistachio related so finally glad somewhere offers this as it seems more of a European/Mediterranean thing, perhaps us British are lacking taste! Staff were friendly and attentive too. Will definitely go back!

This place is amazing and shouldn't be missed. Went as a party of 5, 2 of which had dietary requirements. It has an entire menu just for vegan and dietary needs. Our dairy free guest was over the moon. Portions are huge and taste absolutely delicious. Chatted to the owner who is lovely. Will definitely be back when visiting the area again! Maybe another visit later this week too! Don't miss this place!

The best desert spot in Bedford. Not only are the deserts here delicious, they have an entire vegan and gluten free menu too. Whilst I am not vegan or gluten free, many people I know are, so I have tried several things from their regular menu and their vegan/gluten free menu. Both are really good, I have been especially surprised by the taste of the vegan deserts as I genuinely couldn’t tell they were vegan, they were that good! The prices are about average for a desert place, but the quality of food is much better than other places. Their customer service is also far better than competing desert parlours, they have plenty of staff and they’re all very helpful and friendly. If I had to give a negative about this place, it would be that sometimes it can take a bit longer than you’d expect for your food to arrive. Overall I’d highly recommend visiting here, just make sure you are hungry because the portions are pretty big!

This place is heaven! Everything so delicious hard to believe its all gluten free! Tropical delight waffle was very delicious and also their coffee is so good! highly recommended! will be coming back! Staff is very friendly and I love the chill vibe atmosphere! The best part is that they have so many vegan options!!

absolutely incredible. i went excited to try this new dessert place and i was not disappointed. The restaurant is lovely, the staff and Owners are all so friendly, quick and helpful while delivering incredible customer service. Not to mention the food is incredible! i had the Oreo cookie dough and it was delicious. i would 10000% recommend visiting Pistachio Cafe & i’ll be sure to spread the word! i’ll definitely be coming back!
