Marks & Spencer Cafe

This is a lovely little M&S Simply Food in the heart of Beverley, very close to Wednesday Market and a 5 minute walk from Beverley Minster. It does have its own smallish carpark but there are other parking areas close by. I don’t use the carpark as I have either walked in across the Westwood or parked further away. For such a small store it has a pretty good range of products including a free from area, really good fruit and vegetables, chilled and frozen goods and there’s even an instore bakery, magazine section and flowers and plants. There’s a good size cafe just by the front entrance and this is usually pretty busy. Sadly it’s no longer possible to buy clothes there but if you order online your order can be delivered to the store. Many of the food prices are very similar to the main supermarkets so although I’ve never done a full shop there (lots of people do!) I find that I’m buying more of their gf items, fruit and veg and now get almost all of my eggs from there. Recommended!

First time we've pre-ordered from here. Collected the order on 23/12 and have to say it was like an efficient, well oiled machine. Took 10-15 mins from arriving to leaving. An example of good process mapping! More expensive than elsewhere but well worth it, following a bad experience elsewhere last year.
