Absolute awful, can never get through on the phone.. my poor mum been ill for two weeks and can't even get an appointment when you do eventually manage to get through after being in a queue for over 45 minutes... my mum is seriously ill yet reception staff still say no appointments available 🙄 call back tomorrow blah blah blah... so glad I'm not in this shambles of a so called Dr surgery ...

Despite the the well publicised pressure you're all under, you have been excellent in getting me a phone call consultation (via eConsult) and a subsequent face to face appointment on the same day as the call. Dr Jones was so thorough and so kind and I'm so impressed with my care, thank you.

I took my 91 year old mum for an echocardiogram. All staff were friendly, patient and reassuring. She ended up having various different tests (not booked before she went) by different members of staff. They also arranged for her to see Dr Silas the cardiologist. I can’t thank them all enough for their thorough and sensitive care, particularly when you hear of all the problems going on within the NHS at the present time. I would certainly recommend St Catherine’s and thank them all for such a positive experience they gave my mum.
