Another amazing meal at Harborne Kitchen. We celebrated our 10year wedding anniversary in July so went all out with the full tasting menu. Incredible food and service. We love the food and restaurant. The Smoked Mash is one of the best things I've ever tasted.
What an incredible gastronomical experience! Each course was absolutely delicious, even the amuse bouche was so incredible I didn’t want it to end. Often with a tasting menu, I am disappointed because each course looks pretty, but the taste is often lacking. That is absolutely not the case at Harborne Kitchen. Unexpected taste sensations in each mouthful.
The staff provided the best customer service I have experienced in over a decade. Polite, quick, professional.
The only area that needs improvement is the mocktails.
Great atmosphere in the restaurant. A Wednesday night was buzzing like a Saturday night. We’ll be back!

I found HK on Instagram and have been wanting to try for a while, I came this evening for the 5 for £55 tasting menu and it was sublime.
From exceptional service to outstanding food.
Often with tasting menus you will leave hungry however not at HK. They accommodated dietary requirements without any hesitation.
I had a phone call earlier in the day just to confirm our reservation and requirements and I didn’t realise my friend couldn’t have gluten so we only told HK once seated and it wasn’t a problem at all- first class service.
Each course was beautiful presented and explained what it was.
Highly recommend visiting, much better than some of the local Michelin star restaurants I have visited. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you HK for a fabulous evening.
Came here for 11 course tasting menu at lunch. The food was outstanding and the cod and mushroom dish was a highlight. How the cod broke away and the combination of flavours were superb. Another great dish was the chicken and white chocolate. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was great. We sat at the chefs counter and watching them work was brilliant to see how they prepare the food. Only let down was the cocktails were not very good.
We visited Harborne Kitchen for the lunch service on Friday. The staff were very welcoming as soon as we entered and we were offered drinks straight away while we waited for our table.
Once seated we were presented with the menu options, from which we chose the 5 course menu.
Each and every course was fantastic, with ingredients that I wouldn't dream of putting together. Chicken liver parfait with white chocolate and strawberry, absolutely stunning.
Don't expect your visit to be quick, as you have lots of time to enjoy the food and drinks. We spent just over 3 hours in the restaurant for 5 courses.
I would highly recommend a visit, we loved it and will be back.
Beautiful presented food. Calm atmosphere. Location parking a bit tricky as it is place on a main road. I would also like to say thank you to the staff that helped us in our time of need too in the emergency situation
What a great night! The food was absolutely delicious, we also had the wine pairings, The wines were unbelievable and accompanied the meal so well. It's hard to pick a favourite dish as they were all so well thought out and decadent. Would love to visit again in the future and I would absolutely recommend to fellow food lovers on a special occasion!
Very good to excellent haute cuisine.. 3 of the dishes on the taster menu were exquisite. Prices good for this level. No service charge, so you will be happy to stump up. (Service is good)
Not so happy with the "classic" wines, but nowhere is perfect, and no two pallets are exactly the same.
I'll be back.
Had the 11 course tasting menu - could not fault it! Favourite course was the lamb and really appreciated the kitchen making us a different sauce due to dietary requirements. The service was amazing, and really made it such an amazing experience. We went a few months ago now, and it’s a restaurant experience we talk about to this day!
