Having dined at Pushkar Cocktail Bar & Dining on numerous occasions over the years, I can attest to its consistent delivery of quality Indian fine dining experiences.
Situated in a prime location, the ambiance, especially on weekday evenings, offers a serene escape with a relaxed vibe. The menu boasts a delightful array of dishes, among which the Pushkar Panorama stands out as a delightful appetizer, while the Saag Paneer and Punjabi Chole never fail to satisfy as mains.
For non drinkers, the mocktail selection provides a refreshing alternative. Parking is convenient, with the option to park at Jury's Inn located directly behind the restaurant. While the service could be improved, the overall experience is marked by good food, a great location, and a charming atmosphere.

Pushkar is definitely the best Indian restaurant in Birmingham. I am never disappointed and each visit it continues to amaze me. The food, atmosphere and service are excellent. Thank you to Rai and all his staff for yet another wonderful evening tonight. I bought my friends again and my grandson. You did me proud.

Someone else invited and paid for this meal so I might have been bound to be pleased. However this was great tasting food, served with a smile and a real interest in their customers.

It was Christmas day, so may not be a representative evening.
Food was good, if mild and wine was reasonably priced. Good service.
There was a guy entertaining his friends by singing/ screaming with a guitar... hopefully this isn't a regular attraction.

Puskar has become one of my go-to spot for Indian cuisine in Birmingham. The flavors are rich and authentic, and the presentation is always beautiful. Its definitely a hidden gem and I highly recommend trying their Sharing platter.

Very expensive for the experience. The main meals were probably worth every penny but extraordinary prices for poppadoms £5 and mocktails £7. Having recently had a wonderful experience in Rajasthan paying £17 a head, I did expect to pay a little more for Broad Street location but £40 per head including a four year old was excessive. Their website fairly warns service charge will be added for tables of 6 so I was disappointed to be charged £26 service charge for a table of five without warning. Like I said, the main courses were delicious just be warned in advance about the price of "sundries" such as £5 garlic naan or one portion of steamed rice which seemed very steep. £8 for two bottles of water was also unwelcome when we hadn't requested bottled water. Finally, at £42 a mixed platter starter was again delicious but expensive. Great for a treat.

Delicious food! Honestly I’ve got to say it was the nicest curry I’ve tasted! Naan bread was out of this world and staff couldn’t be more friendly.
Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a tasty Indian meal to go here. Comparing prices to other places I’ve been I think it’s a justified price for the lovely food and service you receive.
Extremely clean and tidy and all food tasted fresh.
We will definitely be back for more:)

We really enjoyed it here. Not only was the service 5 star, but the food and vibes and drinks were amazing 👌👌 if your pakistani/indian, you can ask for desi style haandi and they will do just that and it tastes amazing. Will definitely be coming here again. Really made our night perfect, especially after experiencing bad restaurants elsewhere recently. Thank you!

Arguably the best Indian food in and around Broad St but that's just my opinion. That said you will pay top dollar, a meal for two can cost anywhere between £50 - £100 but it's worth it if you can afford it.
My only gripe is that I wish there was a dish description on the menu, however the waiter can always assist - if they know.

Fantastic food and impeccable service as has always come to be expected from the team at Pushkar.
Came here for our Christmas meal and we were not disappointed!
The cocktails and drink menu are also not too shabby, make sure to give a try.
