Fantastic service, felt really welcomed. Food is amazing too. Definitely recommend it for the whole family. Will be visiting again.
Took my wife and daughter to have an evening meal here.
Moderately busy, in the restaurant.
The waitress was pleasant and friendly, she did make a good effort to engage with our little girl, which was nice to see.
We noticed our wait for the was getting longer than expected. The kitchen staff was trying hard to keep up. We saw the manager jumped into the kitchen to help cook and deliver the food.
The food was very nice, especially the white bait, crunchy freshly fried, deeply satisfying.
The manager Andy came over to us and apologise for the extended wait time, and gave us a discount on our bill as a good gesture.
With a manager who cares about the team, when the staffs are under pressure and the customers experience even when things goes wrong, makes a brilliant leader for the team to follow, and for us to look forward to returning!
Turning what could have been a disastrous experience to one that's enjoyable and inspiring.

Food was really good, pricing was also pretty good for mid market restaurant. As a student I received 40%discount with NUS which was a very attractive part of the meal out experience. Staff were friendly enough however the kitchen staff have weird looks when we walked in. All in all the meal as a whole was pleasant and tasty, at a reasonable price and nice environment. Was a bit weirdly quiet but this is probably due to eating at 7pm on a Sunday. Great parking facilities also provided. Would recommend to couples especially as part of a nice evening out.

Lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere. Asked for a vegan menu on arrival and this was no problem for the staff - the options on there are plentiful. The service was quick and friendly and the food always arrived nice and hot. Our meals were absolutely delicious and we can't wait to come back again. Our waiter Kas was very polite!
I love this ASK, the one in the city center (which I think a lot of ppl confuse the one on the Hagley Rd with) is not a patch on the Hagley road venue. Decor is bright and clean, we were seated by the waitress straight away (we had THE BEST waitress). Whenever I go in there's changes to the menu, so I try something new each and every time. Food was incredible as usual. Always so busy after 7pm, so I try and go before then.
It was our first time at an ASK Italian.
The food was excellent, we ordered from the three courses for £15.99 menu.
The man who greeted was nice and was good with our kids and our waitress was equally kind and polite.
We'll definitely eat here again.

King prawn starter was fantastic. Was mot expecting so many delicious plump prawns. The chocolate gnocchi was fantastic. I could eat a barrel full. Service was excellent.
Can't recommend this place enough. Starting from the convenient location with free and ample parking to the big windows that provide the feeling of lots of space and natural light, promoting a great atmosphere. It can sometimes get a big loud if there's large groups but this can affect any restaurant.
The staff are great and do a brilliant job of looking after you. We've never had a stressful experience here with the service and if there are any delays or problems, they're quick to alert you and sort out a solution. They're so friendly - i can't stress this enough.
The food is also great, whether you're a meat eater or vegetarian. Big fan of the calamari starter especially. They have lots of lovely and unusual desserts that are particularly tasty. We'll be back again I'm sure.
I eat here a few times a year. It would be far more often if I had the opportunity.
The food has always been excellent and the staff consistently friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is very good too.
I recommend this place without reservation to anyone looking for excellent Italian food, well presented by very good people. Can't speak highly enough of it.
