Excellent customer service and very good food. Was served by a young man by the name of Boaz and he couldn't have been more helpful and polite. Will certainly return as a good experience. Ignore the negative reviews, some people will complain about anything these days. Great value for money and an easy recommendation.

I call into Frankie & Bennys Birmingham Airport a couple of times a year and always find the staff friendly. The food is always nice and served quickly
Really nice staff. We were seated almost immediately. The member of staff looking after us was Heidi. Very polite. Food came out in a timely fashion and was hot. The whole restaurant was very clean and I would regard this place as a really nice place to go and eat. The strawberry milkshake is something I would recommend. Staff are friendly and if you ask for something extra on you food they are happy to oblige. I would definitely eat here again.
We had a cheeseburger and a Mediterranean salad with chicken. Everything was great, the salad was really nice. The chocolate fudge cake and a New York cheesecake were great too! The service was fast, in short, excellent. Anita was lovely! Don't have one bad thing to say about the place, loved it!

Me and my daughter went for a meal out to Frankie & Benny's for the first time in about 4 years and I must say the whole experience was lovely. Two staff imparticular Kate & Paul stood out, both staff members were very attentive to my daughter's allergies and constantly made sure everything was perfect for her. The service was great too, would highly recommend.
Far, far better food and service than the Liverpool branches of this brand. Drew in particular was an absolute delight and put my brother and I at ease after a long, exhausting day. Drinks and food served fast, drinks cold and food hot just the way you'd hope! We left with smiles on our faces.

Quick breakfast before the holiday :) my server (couldn't catch really her name ) Kozoe was brilliant she asked if I have any allergies and she was patient and explain everything very well.pancakes were great and the coffee amazing. Definitely will be back
