Very pleased that before we ordered or paid, we were told there would be a wait on the food of 20min. This was very helpful as we then ordered and walked around the garden and came back. Food came when they told us it would. Vegan curry and chips were lovely. Also had vegan kitkat, vegan orange chocolate cake, which was very delicious and vegan oat milk with the tea. Nice having free tap water with ice available. More tables and a better layout than years ago. Prices are reasonable.

Nice place to have a cup of tea and some lunch. I had the ham and cheese panini which was pretty good. The tea wasn’t the best but it wasn’t too bad, and I can be a bit particular about tea.

Shocked at the bad reviews for this place, granted they were a while ago though so hopefully they've really improved this place of late. Loads of vegan options which was great to see. Is on the expensive side which is why I couldn't give that 5th star but everything else was lovely, including the staff

(Translated by Google) Cafe inside Birmingham Botanical Gardens. It has a terrace with picnic tables with wonderful views. We take something inside. The food is not outstanding, but the place is good to take a break and have a drink. The prices are not excessively expensive considering where it is located.

(Translated by Google) A charming place. Eating sweets and drinking tea while the sun shines through the windows is wonderful. A perfect environment.
