Had a lovely breakfast here on Monday. The staff were attentive, service was efficient and the food was lovely. Just what you need to kickstart the week. Recommended!

Philpotts is a super place if you want something a little more tasty than a Subway! I just had a juicy hot Peri Peri with all of the trimmings and a succulent Chocolate Brownie!! ... Well, it is a Friday!!
They have an excellent selection of hot sanwiches, salads, coffees, cakes and the rest of the nine yards!!

Very pricey, but the atmosphere is lovely and the food is cooked fresh in front of your eyes (most of the time). The bald and bearded cashier/deliverer is one of the friendliest people I've ever met and deserves a promotion - just saying! Recommend this place.
The food is fresh and tasty. Staff professional and friendly, does get a bit busy during mornings and lunch times. So plan ahead, call and place order beforehand if in a rush.
After trying all the cafe's sandwich bars, for fat Friday bacon/sausage sarnies and having to deal with sliced bread, tinned mushrooms etc. We tried Philpotts. All I can say is WOW, this is what I've been looking for. Cheaper and better than ALL the others and fabulous bacon butties.
