The best of the Subways. From services provided by Ibtihaaj I believe and the other lad Hasan if Im not wrong to the quality of food like bread, meat, freshly cut and nicely presented veggies and the smell of those cookies attracting you towards them. Everything was fantastic! Would love to come again and again.
I recently had the absolute pleasure of dining at this particular Subway branch and I am compelled to share my phenomenal experience.
Firstly, the variety and quality of the food was outstanding. I ordered 'The Baller', a rather intriguing menu option which more than lived up to its promise. Bursting with a delightful array of flavors, this sub was meticulously crafted, making every bite an exciting gastronomical journey.
Now, a wonderful meal is only half the equation when it comes to a satisfying restaurant experience. What truly sets this branch apart is its exceptional customer service. Abdullah, the gentleman who served me, was an epitome of hospitality. His service was prompt, friendly, and proficient. Abdullah expertly guided me through my options, providing insightful recommendations that added immeasurably to my dining experience.
Today i was served by Hassan and he was exceptional with his service. He is an asset to Subway. Very clean and quick making my subs and letting me know about the deals of Subway.

So I go most days for lunch and yesterday was no exception. The servers were all busy serving customers and my server in particular was trying to deal with 3 different things at once, so was a little distracted. Anyway, he ended up marking my sandwiches all wrong, so when I got home I immediately gave the gentleman I care for his sandwich, which ended up being mine, so I was out of a sandwich. As he had ate the majority of it before I even opened the other ones and realized the mistake. So I went back explaining this and they not only replaced and made me 3 fresh sandwiches, but also gave me the other 2 that were marked wrong, back. This is excellent customer service. The servers name is Ibtihaj, and he handled that issue perfectly. Other servers in other eateries should take a leaf out of his book. All servers that are currently working at this location are very good and well trained with excellent customer service.. And I'm white, (lol) so just to putting it out there to show that I'm not affiliated in any way to Subway or those who work there.
Great experience. I got my sandwich and customer service was great. Also glad they had card machines unlike some fast food joints I go to.
Amazing friendly staff that's served with a smile , this subway is really clean and hygienic and everything tastes fresh
The young gentlement with the glasses tonight really made our night. He was dealing with some annoying customers to say the least and he handled it so well. We waited quite a while as he was on his own on the front and the order before us was a large one - which they Kept adding to asking for extras etc at the most inconvenient times. He was so kind to us and apologised for the wait and could not have been any more helpful. A credit to the store. His customer service was impeccable. Will definitely be returning to this location more often. Thank you again!
