Blu's Kebab House

Visited this house of kebabs often when I was in the town of Brum, especially the far Yardley area. The portions are generous, the chicken is scrumptiously divine and when one requests their chips to be drenched beyond measure, these brethrens do not fail to deliver. They desperately need to franchise all over the UK or at least down south where I'm from. One of the best kebab houses in Brum for me, if not the best chippy.

The food is decent, big range from fish and chips right through to currys. Guys who work here are all sound and it will generally work out cheaper to eat here than just about any other takeaway on just eat and the like. It ain't haute cuisine just a back street kebab House pumping out decent food for decent money.

The best chip shop in Small Heath. Been coming here last 20 years. Top lads, excellent service and always pipping hot food. Just try their chips, you can not get this good of a quality of chips anywhere! You can tell they use quality potatoes! A must try is the chicken breast burger, it is 🔥🔥🔥 keep up the good work lads.

I've been having takeaways from blus for as long as I can remember, they're local legends. They have a vast amount of options on their menu and their food never seems to disappoint. Blus takeaways have become my standard for rating other takeaways when I'm out of town. Nothing can compare to the fat chips and large burgers that blus does. Prices are great and definitely value for money. Keep up the good work.

Was very skeptical on coming back here. Years ago I had a chicken burger which was raw in the middle and I haven’t been back since. I was walking past so I thought I’d give it a go again. Only went for a small munch, fish cakes and chips as you can’t mess that up. Was nice, tasty chips and fish cake, chilli and Mayo on top can’t go wrong. Very friendly severs, good attitude and quick service. Will try other items one day.

Been a debate about who has the best donner in Birmingham so I came to try this spot. For me it’s not the best but definitely good tasting food. They don’t scrimp with portions at this chippy, box was jammed so you definitely get your moneys worth, although it is a little bit pricey which I didn’t expect. The store itself doesn’t look very nice and inside was dirty, can definitely do with a refurb and I hope the staff can keep the place clean as well. Not somewhere I’ll be in a rush to go again but if I ever find myself in the area I’d definitely get food there.
