They are on Popular Ladypool Road. They were first of its kind ,Dessert shop once on this road.
But their business got affected after the opening of some other modern and well decorated dessert places.
Their menu choices are versatile and prices are fine. They have ample sitting space.
Staff is helpful but less energetic. Decore needs some modernization or at least a new coat of paint in the whole area.
There must be mirror and waste bin in toilets.
At a few points , ceiling has got water leakage spots which can be masked by fresh paints.
Overall experience was nice .

Warm welcome, good ambience, great variety and good taste.
There is no kids menu and it would be nice if waffle portions have two different sizes, like other desert parlours.
We went in a large group and it wasn't busy however the service was very fast. Even the waffles and cookie, which generally take longer to come, came very quickly. Some of the members in our group said that some ice creams were a bit more icy than more creamy hence 4 star 🌟
We will visit again!

It's a quiet place and I love it! The desserts are decent size and scrumptious! My kids absolutely love their icecream esp the mango and bubblegum!
One of my son suffers from severe allergy and they always ensure there is no cross contamination.
The staff are pleasant and always smiling!

Very clean environment and seating areas. The desserts were really nice, especially the presentation (brownies, with ice cream). There was a bit of a chemical smell near the toilets , however we were able to move seats.

This is my favourite dessert place on ladypool rd , i haven’t tried a dessert i don’t like from here yet, i really like their sticky toffee puddings and their sundaes are wicked x would definitely recommend x

My go to place for waffles!!! ... their consistency in quality is spectacular. I also really enjoy the variety of gelato ice cream! Not to forget, the peanut butter stack is super divine!
