First time ordering from this branch and I've got to say that Rupali really went above and beyond to cater for my request. I'd originally wanted a vegan cake for a birthday at work, but because the vegan cream didn't hold up too well structure wise, she offered to make a second cake for us. This cake was for a work Christmas do and it was so decadent and delicious. Went down really well with the entire team. Thank you very much Rupali, you've been so professional throughout and maintained excellent communication. Looking forward to ordering many more cakes from yourselves!

I called in the shop yesterday and asked if they could deliver to my work place the lady i spoke to was kind enough to take my order and deliver it even tho they didnt do deliver at that time. The delivery lady was soo nice,and polite they handeld my order very well they wer soo nice and kind. The cake was dellcious my work collegues loved it. Thank you soo much for the help and the delivery my work collegue was very happy.🥰

WHAT A DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE!!! We called to see if we needed appointment for ordering wedding cake for my sister. The lady was so kind and said just to come in. So we walked in and she welcomed us with a smile and took her time to show us. She was very professional and you could feel that she was interested in providing the best for us and not just to sell. We were worried due to cake being eggless and might be too dry so she arranged to taste the cake. And it tasted delicious. My husband doesn't eat fresh cream cake but even he loved it. We ordered the mehendi cake as well. The service was amazing.. we were served slush and coffee through out and my mum was well looked after too. We are so happy with them and will be returning again and again. Recommended for all occasions!!! THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING.

Ordered a large birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. I was very specific about the message I wanted and also that I wanted less cream. They made the cake and it was ready the same day. Message and decorations were exactly as I expected. Unlike other cake shops these guys actually listened and put less cream in. Very happy with the service and will use again for Eid and Birthdays.

We have used Cake Shop Aston (Witton Road) for all our birthday cakes in the last 2 years and they have never disappointed! The eggless fresh cream cakes are the best we have had (better than normal egg-cakes) and the quality of the decorations is perfect! We recently tried a Vegan fresh cream cake and it was spot on! The portion size of the cake is excellent and the sponge/filling is always soft and melts in your mouth. I would recommend this shop without a doubt! The owners are extremely kind and friendly! They will sort you out every time and even help with last minute cake orders! Honestly 5* rating for service and quality! Remember Cake Shop Aston as your first choice for cake orders! You wont regret it! They also do all other party essentials (balloons, helium filled numbers, candles etc) so no need to go elsewhere! Excellent value and quality! Thank you Peter and Rupali!
