A little small for wheelchair users. Good staff though, willing to help without having to ask them. Looks very clean floor and table wise downstairs. Can not speak about upstairs from a wheelchair vew. Food was good. Security at the door, I liked it, made me feel safer from the drunk outside. Can recommend for everyone.

Not my favourite branch. They always forget something or there are long queues.
Main nice thing of this one is that there are many sitting options available and toilets on first floor. So if u looking to eat in then go here as they is always sitting space and you not crammed in. Other wise go to the branch by pigion Park. Always quick and no issues there but its best for take out as its smaller. Hope it helps

Very well organised. Staff at door checking customers in. Customers kept at safe distance. Tables well spaced. Staff overseeing eating area. Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Would highly recommend as a safe place to eat. Went with my Granddaughter on Wed 28 October. Thanks to all for an enjoyable visit.

This store currently has a doorman who will radio the staff upstairs to see if there is a table free. After ordering downstairs with a person with a tablet, a second person takes the money, you then go upstairs and a third person shows you to a table and a fourth person brings you your food to the table.
Today there were no soft drinks which is why this didn't get five stars.

Fast, clean. Just what you need for a quick bite. Located close to the car park at Dale End and a short walk from the Bullring. This means it's a little quieter than its other branches

Was rather full up but didn't have to wait long for food. Food was good quality I had 9 nuggets and large fries with bbq sauce and sweet curry sauce. My drink was an iced caramel frappe and it was REALLY good

With a long line of customers staff were very helpful. Opened other tills and also this guy with his tablet taking orders whilst on the line. Service was quick but some staff should smile a bit more.

So haven't been to Maccis in years were lookimg at like good 10 years, had a fillet fish burger meal and it taste the same as it used to you cant go wrong, nice food if you haven't been down u need to
