Not crowded, orders were ready within 3-8mins, staff were courteous, atmosphere comfortable and meal was good. Although, they forgot to add the chicken in the first order of "Wow Box" but didn't miss it in the second order. My children enjoyed their burger. Nice experience.
Kind hearted manager , Cerys , heart of gold . I’m a regular . Sit there 2 hrs every Friday waiting for my son to finish a club . Forgot my money . She made sure I had food because I was going to faint front hunger . Single parent running around all day . She even came back after an hour to see if I wanted warming up with a hot cup of chocolate. She couod see I was freezing sat still 2 hours . I’m going back now to pay her as found my money down side of my seat in the car . What a blessing and asset to KFC team .

I was very pleased. Had a bicycle ride into the country side to pick up a package bought. On the way home had to stop at Asda and KFC across the road. Easy access for everyone. Bicycle/motorbike parking, drive thru, and signalled pedestrian crossings. Staff were friendly and soon as I walked in the door the cashier was alerted of my presence. Food was good (I mean it's fast food, but it tasted just fine and cooked well). There is a few ware/tares from mean customers but the place is the cleanest I've known for a KFC in Birmingham. It's moderately busy, so plenty of space/seats if you want a peaceful lunch on your travels. Or plenty of seats if you have a big family. For this KFC I give it a 5putof5.

Drive threw was the mode and a tower zinger burger meal was the order.

Pretty good service ..I visit on my way back from Lodge Hill Cemetery. And pop in to top up my sugars ...so yeah above all staff are friendly..my zinger meal is always good !!..and my Boneless banquet meal Banquet times 4 .and wrap for my granddaughter., and her friend 😊 and you pleased my grandson Isaac today too ..so I'm pleased 😀
Got my order wrong but fixed it without charging me extra.

A nice store with great decor and seating. My order was processed very fast. The food was nice and warm and for once the burger looked decent and closely resembled the image in the marketing. One of the best kfc stores I’ve been to this year
