Clean kfc with quick service and well presented food on my tray. The filter burger looked and tasted good. The building is a bit cold but that’s because they keep the door open
Pretty much all of the time the food is great.... Only had one meal that was a bit old / dry. But as kfc restaurants go, this is definitely one of the better ones. I actually travel to this one instead of Shirley / chelmsley wood / Sheldon.
Food was standard brand and, whilst not fresh, it wasn't stale either. Service was ok for a fast food establishment, with staff all working hard on the drive through. Unfortunately I was at the counter so I suffered a bit but was eventually seen to. Atmosphere was depressing, with broken lighting, dirty tables and a last chance saloon feel about the place.
Food was good and freshly prepared. Seating area quite quiet but clean and tidy. Ample free parking
KFC what can I say, it's chicken.
Member of staff who served me was pleasant enough, Crushem machine still broken hasn't been fixed in months, bit of a disappointment.
I enjoy using this KFC 🍗. The food is usually well cooked there.
