This is the best subway store I've been to. I am a very regular customer and the service and staff never fail to impress me. The staff is friendly and always happy to help, the service is great. The store is clean and the food is amazing.

I love Subs of Subway. My most favourite Subways to visit are Springfield and Hall Green ones. The welcoming staff with best preparing style of making sub is fantastic. I took a photo of my favourite staff as well. He is the top man. Many reasons to go back and one of best seating arrangement in Sparkhill.

Friendly and prefessional ! I went there for a quick dinner in thur night. I mindlessly ordered a turkey ham instead of my usual turkey breast. The shopper professionally answered the difference between two. He was paying good attention to making process and was very polite. I later on asked why did he put the sauce first before stuffing ; he replied he searched about this kinda info and it would taste better ! As I was eating in ,I choked on the bread as I was too hungry I ate too quick. The shopper saw me suffered later on just gave me a cup for free drink said it would taste better and I was moved. But oc I declined it. The bread did taste way better with sauce put in before stuffing salad and the turkey ham was delicious as well I asked the shopper about his positive attitude and he answered back ; the owner of the shop is a kind guy. He allowed the staffs to eat as much as they want without moaning of nothing and during inflation and covid the owner never sacked anybody and paid them well so he gotta return the favour
