Taco Mama - Hwy 119

Got a burrito bowl to go and it came in a normal to go container, so decent amount of food right? Nope. There is a smaller bowl in there that they “fill” up. Highest part of try food doesn’t even cover the fork section…there is MAYBE a quarter of the To go container amount of food in this. Not to mention the rice is rock hard…like cooked for 5 minutes, not the 20 it needed. For the price I just spent, I should have gotten at least half is not 3/4 full container. Did return it, and the staff was good about excepting it and giving us a refund.

Great spot for some food and drinks with friends. The atmosphere at this location is welcoming and the open indoor/outdoor dining creates a perfect flow between the order counter and seating. Staff was friendly and attentive. We started with a couple of drinks and were blown away by their margarita. Let's be honest, it's really not that hard to make a good margarita, but their seasonal flavors are what elevated it above what you would typically expect. The food was amazing. Delicious high quality ingredients in traditional Mexican dishes with a modern twist. Their crunchy shells made the perfect vessels for their barbacoa and toppings which I thoroughly enjoyed. Their chips were fresh and thin, complimented by a very delightful salsa. All of their sides were delicious - specifically the cilantro rice which my only complaint was that I wish I had more to eat!

EVERY member of our family LOVES Place! I could eat there five days a week! They are cheese dip, by far, is the best on the planet! Also, everyone they’re so nice! On the menu, there are several, several toppings you can add at no cost, to any of the tacos. I highly recommend the tuna tacos, as well as the shredded chicken. Really, you cannot go wrong with anything there! Aaron, and employee there, it’s over the top genuinely nice to our boy! He makes him feel very special. We go there for all occasions, especially the celebrated ones, and just about anything we can make an excuse to go to Taco Mama’s.

Lee and John was great. I must explain my experience. I ordered 3 dishes and came to the store to pick it up. After I got back to work I realized that we did not have the salsa or the chips to go with our meal. After reaching back out to the staff the manager apologize and made sure that we had our chips and salsa ready. I appreciate the customer service that was delivered with the staff at 119 and my team will be back.
