This is a great place to come get a drink. Stay out and enjoy yourself. That staff is super cool and the owner is really nice.
Update: it isn't just the staff that is great here. Generally the clientele is awesome and the community is great.

This place was horrible. Not only was the pizza not freshly made tasting but the salsa was nothing but pace out of a jar dumped into a Dixie paper plate. The queso was out of a jar and cold. The tortilla chips came straight out of a bag that were stale. The place was dark inside with one light on. We got there and the owner or manager was cussing up a storm because he couldn't get someone to cut his grass. This place could be a whole lot more if you update the place to fit in and compete with what's going on around you. Stop serving the food and bring in a food truck. It could really be a whole lot more but now it's nothing but a dive bar. Will not go back even after I have been wanting to go there for a couple of years. I'm extremely disappointed.

What a great place to sit and just enjoy a nice drink. You can also play pool or darts. My favorite is sitting out on the patio under the party lights. Really great little bar with a whole lot of flavor.

Came over here because the Filling Station was absolutely horrible.
Best decision ever. Great vibes, amazing food, wait staff was great. Can't recommend this enough. Definitely a great stop on a visit into Birmingham.

Sure from the outside it looks like a small place but that's its charm. The people there will remember not only your drink but your name as well. The best part is the community that supports it. A mix of good hearted people with an incredible story to tell. Give it a chance you might just fit in.
