This was my chipotle bowl when I ordered it! It hasn’t been touched yet in this photo but they barely put anything in the bowl and left out 2 things that we asked for! I tried to call before closing time but no one answered the phone. This store needs corporate to come in, I mean would you be happy with this bowl?

The queso blanco was curdled and rancid. On top of that, I was told I couldn't have chips with my queso. Not that they were out of chips, mind you, but they wouldn't give me any with the queso I was buying. I had to beg them to let me BUY chips to go with my queso.
I should have just walked away and left all the food on the counter, but I didn't know the cheese was rotten yet, and I had walked seven blocks in 91° heat to get there on my lunch break because every place nearer was closed, and I only had twenty minutes to get back to work.
I also ordered a burrito, which was comparatively fine. I mean, it was one of those where one end is all lettuce, followed by stages of salsa, then meat, then cheese, but none of its ingredients seemed like they would give me food poisoning. If I die tonight I'll make sure to update this review. I did take a few bites of the queso trying to figure out if it was just WEIRD or actually spoiled, but the verdict doesn't bode well for my gastrointestinal comfort in the hours to come.

I hate this chipotle it is the worst in the bham area NEVER DOOR DASH from them they will grtyout order wrong ! And their Steak is always OVER COOKED it just NEVER tastes good at allll I paid 28$ for this ? EXTRA STEAK WHERE ?

I would give it a zero but I can’t today I came in to do an order for my family I purchased a burrito and after a couple of bites I found a piece of plastic in my burrito. This is in acceptable service and a safety hazard. I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed in this.

Don’t go to this Chipotle. It will be quicker to drive to the one on 280, and get your food there. Or vestavia, or any other Chipotle within driving distance. Just don’t go. Do not go to this one. Every time I’ve been in the past ~2 years, I think—oh this time it will be different. This time I won’t have to wait 45 minutes on an online order placed an hour ago. This time there won’t be 25 people sitting and staring around waiting on their food. This time the staff might appear to be fully awake and conscious. Aware of the fact that dozens are waiting for them.
And every time, I’m reminded of why I vowed, time and time again, never to go back. Just don’t go.

This location is consistently disappointing. Inaccurate pickup times for mobile orders. Up to 45 minutes late. They are constantly out of ingredients. What you do receive will be cold food at terrible proportions. I was just handed a $10 bowl of mostly rice and sour cream. Inedible. This seems to be a management problem because the staff is always friendly and helpful, even apologetic. I have reached my limit with this location and will never ever EVER return.

I had an unfortunate and awful experience here today. I ordered online for a pick up to be ready at 1:20 PM. At 1:45 the order was still not ready and I inquired if I was standing in the right place or if it was DoorDash orders only. The woman was super rude but she looked up my order and said that it would be ready in a few minutes. Another gentleman was also waiting for a very long time and we watched everyone go through the line and get their food before us. We made a comment to each other that it would’ve been faster to go through the line than to do a pick up order. The rude woman overheard us and started yelling that we could go into the line if that’s what we wanted to do and I let her know I had already been charged for my food. She told me I can still go through the line so that’s what I did to have my food made. Someone was very nice and trying to help get my food made through the regular line and a young guy came up to me telling me that my food was already made and I needed to go back to the pick up line. I went back to the pick up line and there was no one there to help and I waited there for another 10 minutes. So I went back into the line for a second time and now my order is over 30 minutes delayed and I have just been sitting in this restaurant watching everyone leave with their lunch. The nice woman in the main line made my order and as I was leaving the young guy approached me again telling me that I had forced him to waste food because I had it prepared for me in the line. I really cannot believe the horrible service here and I don’t know the last time I was yelled at by someone in a restaurant let alone to then have a very young shift leader come to me and try to give me a talking to as I’m just trying to leave. This is a mile from my house but I’m literally never going in there again.

Manager is rude and does not care about maintaining chipotle. Did not have much food cooked or prepared 30 minutes before closing, most likely stopped cooking at 9pm. Way too early to stopped even for chips. Food are way cold, employees are slow and done with the day. Manager has an attitude to point that I wanted to use cash but instead use my card so I can get out of here quickly. I have worked for Chipotle for about two years. Never in my experience, we allow this to happen from food, the timing, and the attitude. Do not go here.
