Service was quick and friendly. Got the food home and it was cold, and I only live about two miles away. I ordered the chicken finger combo, and I will say that I was very happy that they've gone back to the homemade dipping sauce cups instead of the factory sealed. Not enough salt on the fries. I had to pull a balancing act all the way home with our three drinks, because they were out of cup holders. Fresh food and a little more flavor would have delivered a high rating.

I went this morning and asked for large hash browns and they charged me for it but gave me a small. I asked for them to replace my grits for extra gravy and for extra biscuits for my gravy. I didn't get the extra gravy and now I have too many biscuits because someone messed up my order. I've had no problem with the nightshift crew. Night shift I have never had problems with. Morning shift gets a 1/5 star from me however night shift is a 4/5 star.

This place is horrible! It’s always dirty and floors are always greasy or sticky! About 5 times a week they are at least 30 minutes late opening up and this morning they was a hour late opening up!!! The girl told me the other night that she’d”have to cook my chicken sandwich “….what the heck???? I said great I like my food cooked! Anyways, there’s a lot more but the punctuality is the main thing with me! Smh I’d fire everyone there over that if it was my restaurant!

This Jack's is super slow, get orders wrong, and generally don't care about quality. I understand that fast food output is at an all time low; it truly sucks. I use to work fast food as a teen. However, there is no excuse for service to be slow and have orders wrong. Pick a struggle, please?
This is the only fast food restaurant in the Grayson valley area unless you include J's wings but they're a whole lot better. Do yourself a favor and avoid this Jack's unless you have no other choice...

They hung the phone up in my ear. Told me to call back talk to a manager. Tried kept getting the phone up in my ear. Plus it was door dash order. Didn’t even didn’t get a chance to look at the order before they left. It was stuff I didn’t even order not even close. I called DoorDash immediately and told them what they had done. DoorDash made it right and I greatly appreciate that that is one of the reasons why I use DoorDash. If your order is wrong and not correct they will either make it right to refund you your credit you whichever one you want

I stopped in doing Door Dash order. Very friendly staff, quick service and a clean bathroom. Also hand sanitizer available. This location is always a good choice whether eating or delivering orders.

It was okay, not as good as the first time I ate one, [(Fultondale location), sandwich was steaming hot & fresh to order], this one came out in less than two minutes, barely warm, and under sized, I was on time restraints, so I let it go. I went to Chalkville location because I was on that side of town, if I ever return to that particular restaurant, I will ask that it be made fresh.

Shamefully disrespected by the staff out of their own ignorance concerning their inabilityto use measuring devices. It is understandable to be short on items during the shortages created by the pandemic, but no where in this universe does 3 half filled 6 ounce cups equal 1 quart. Math is important, obviously not at this location. Staff is unaware of how to use measuring devices and need to be retrained.
