Domino's Pizza

We usually love Dominos but we had a terrible experience from this one. We had a pizza left off our order-no big deal really except that I called the store and no one would answer. We were on hold for nearly 45 minutes. We finally gave up. Then we took a closer look and a lot of our order was wrong and what my wife got actually made her sick and led to a late night and a day off work (my food upset my stomach as well but not nearly as bad as hers). I put in a complaint at the main customer service center and was told someone from the store would contact me. Here it is more than a month later and no one has ever reached out to me, left a message, sent a text, email, etc. I forgot about it until now which I guess is what they were hoping for. I've had a fast food career so I completely understand that mistakes and flukes happen but I don't understand leaving customers in the dark. My hope is that it was just a bad day for them and that this is not usual. I still like dominos but this experience will probably keep us from going for a while and I will never go to this location again.

I’m not a big dominos fan but found a deal and gave it a shot. I’ve tried their hand tossed and now the Brooklyn style. The hand tossed wasn’t my style. I got sausage, pepperoni and ham. The sausage pieces were really big and the crust wasn’t my favorite. Tonight I tried the Brooklyn style with pepperoni, bacon and green olives. It was actually really good. The crust is pretty thin and light, and has a good flavor—different from the hand tossed. If I’m doing fast food pizza I almost always go with papa johns, but I may switch it up every now and then and get the Brooklyn style at Domino’s. Good work dominos. As far as the store goes, they had my pizza ready in 10 min. The guy working the register was nice and quick. Seemed clean and well organized.

We ordered our pizza at 6:25. And it sat out of the oven at 6:40. It was delivered at 7:55. We called 15 times to cancel, no one ever answered delivery driver was extremely rude and the pizza was cold. We told him we were not going to pay for a cold pizza. And he leaves with the pizza and tells me they are hiring and I can get a job. . I went to the store to speak to the manager. She tells me during rush hour. Its expected to take nearly 2 hours to be delivered. They then gave us our cold pizza, after 2 hours. Very awful service
