Decent sized mall. Had all the brand stores typical at malls and it was clean. Hoping for new brand additions as there are some empty store lots. Busy parking on the weekend, as expected, but if you go during the weekdays there is plenty of room for parking and no crowds.

Wonderful curb side experience! Not a long wait time! Of course, I only went to pick up some breadsticks, as I made my own spaghetti.😆 I placed my order online. I pulled up to spot #8 and clicked the link on the text to notify Olive Garden I had arrived to pick up my order. They have PLENTY of curbside parking! 🚘 The waitress came out about 6 minutes later with my order. The waitress was very nice! The whole curb side experience was smooth from start to finish! 👍👍I will for sure order curbside again! 🙌

Today we drove over 45 minutes to see Santa Claus. Unfortunately, without reservations, Santa himself when asked refused and turned away kids. I'll post a photo of no line and no one waiting, Santa is sitting to the right of the Christmas tree about 8ft away. The person working told me, her managers will not allow walk up till 3:30-4. This person had poor customer service by her lack of compassion, empathy or sympathy or enjoyment. So we rode the carousel. While we stood by in eye view we noticed no one was seeing Santa for over 30 minutes. Yet it was fully booked??. Santa Claus sat there and ignored kids and parents and he too directed Me to speak with the photographer. Finally a manager started working and she explained its the "Mall" who is telling them what to do. Riverchase Galleria seems to be running a communistic establishment? No soup for you!!
As I continued to chat with the manager, she was kind enough to allow us...my 6 year old princess. To see Santa! Wow! This was the worst unnecessary experience. Almost $55, for poor quality photography. We sure miss the company who worked at Brookwood Mall. They at least were outwardly friendly and demonstrated enjoyment.

I went to one store in which the manager allowed me to get my item past store hours. The employees displayed great customer service and helped me so I wouldn't miss out due to my coupon expiring in a few days. This is a awesome Victoria Secret store along the manager and employees. I felt very uplifting and inspiring once I left the store because of the great customer service that i received.

Great place to bring your family to window shop. Lots of stores but only so much peak my interest personally. H&M, Dave & Busters and the hot sauce store are a saving grace for this somewhat lackluster mall.

I visited this mall while staying at The Wynfrey Hotel. The mall is nice! It's open and bright. My daughter enjoyed it. They had many stores she likes to shop at and delicious treats. It's in a nice area with several entries and exits.

Hadn't been too the Galleria in several years. Went with my niece when we had to be in Hoover one day. Had a good time shopping and enjoying the Christmas decorations.

So nice to get out and actually see and touch items instead of ordering online. Stores seem to be well stocked. Police presence gives sense of security as much as you can have in our world today
