After an hour of waiting I call them to find out what I wanted wasn't in stock. Then after telling them to cancel the order I'm told they have no delivery drivers either. What's the point? Why not call the customer who is waiting on an order? I can't believe the people in the store would think "Nah, this guy will surely forget and we can keep being irresponsible."

Would have been higher if I was asked if I needed anything else. Once I received my order the server at the pickup window closed and locked the window. Even though I blew my horn no one returned. I needed to ask for plates and additional seasoning. In addition, homeless individuals walked right up to the window begging and the employee didn't say anything to that individual.

Got there and the sign on the door said "drive thru only". I waited in the drive thru for 30+ minutes and the window said not taking orders please call 😒🙄. I placed my order, waited several minutes past the expected wait time and i was told " a few more minutes, he's cutting it now". Another 10 minutes passed and i got my food. The pepperoni pizza was less than warm and was definitely a rewarmed pizza. The cheese on the cheese sticks wasn't even melted.

Waited over 1.5 hrs to pick up door dash!! At least my customer was ok. I asked at the door can i just get this order? Nope go in drive threw!! At least 15 cars ahead of me!!!SMH

I was in the drive through line for 30 minutes just to pick up my pizza… I placed an online order to be picked up at 5:45, I got my pizza around 6:18. Unacceptable

Really bad! I made an order that suppose to pick up at 2:10 now it’s 3:15 and I still waiting they have a mess in the kitchen and nobody take care of the orders I can’t recommend this place

Pizza could have been cooked longer. I asked for the pizza to be well done and I paid for extra sauce and extra cheese to not end up with that. 😊 Thanks for the large pizza cuz yall ran outta personal pans or gave my pizza away. 🍕 😘

The wait was too long, inside was not open to go inside then I went all the way home to find out they left my wings off my order had to drive all the way back
