Mcdonald's

This McDonald's in Center Point is the worst ever and the staff is unprofessional. I placed a online order at 11:50am. I arrived at 12:40pm just to give them a chance to receive the order. When I arrived with my proof of confirmation and the receipt to pick up my order, I was told that my order had not come through. Now, keep in mind that I placed the order almost a hour before. Instead of the staff checking for the my order they just told me that they didn't have my order is the most rude and unprofessional way. McDonald's you have to do better when employing people to work with your customers. Do not go to the establishment!! This is not the first time that this place and done this type of thing.

Center point location...I got overcharged I'm very sure those people keep the money the I pay for my food the guy at first window refuse to give me a receipt. I pay cash money and he charge me $30 dollars for 2 medium combos and I ask for receipt at second window and same guy come there show me finger and every one laugh of me very disrespectful employees. hope someone do something about it

Every time I go to this location, they're always telling me that they don't have anything and they only have certain items. Often times it's only nuggets and chicken sandwiches and also the frozen machine seems to be broken or unavailable. Customer service is the worst especially if you ask a question about anything on the menu. When I go inside the store, NO ONE acknowledges or greets me and I'm waiting at least 10 minutes most of the time after standing at the register and watching the employees walk pass me or pace the floor again with no acknowledgement at all.
