Service is good and the restaurant was clean. The aesthetic is on point as being a nicer diner. However, the food is overpriced. If you’re charging $17+ for chicken and waffles of any sort, I would expect the chicken to be better than a premade chicken fried steak. The sausage gravy is okay. Homemade jam is literally just mulled berries. Wouldn’t be my first choice to come back here again, but maybe there are better options on the menu.

It’s nice now that it’s remodeled and the staff was very friendly. We got the breakfast burrito and hippie omelette and both were ok. Lacked some flavor in both but the hash browns and bacon was good. Pricing was ok, a little bit expensive and there’s a credit card fee if you pay that way just FYI which no one wants to pay.

Disappointed in the quality of food. Not the same as prior to the remodel. Had the club sandwich and the turkey tasted like some cheap turkey meat. Previously it tasted like they baked it themselves. They cut the portions and raised the pricing. Your better off going to another restaurant for the club. Also the onion rings were pathetic. The only reason I gave them three stars was they were no different than a family style I usually eat at which was about half the price. I should have given them 2 stars for the price of lower quality. The atmosphere is lacking and not the same as the quaint restaurant it was.
