Popped in on my pub trail. Not really a beer drinking place. They had a small selection of canned beers in the fridge. Of which I had one. Good beer but a little pricey. Place was nice and the staff were friendly. Ok place for board games if your in to that sort of thing. Still I enjoyed my visit.
Had a brilliant time at a Halloween Blood on the Clocktower event. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was amazing and a great price! Will be coming back, for sure š
Great local business with a fantastic range of board games, card games and role playing games on offer. Staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming and the food is fantastic. The parmesan chips are so good I sometimes order 2 portions to myself.
I go here regularly and definitely recommend. Good selection of games and delicious milkshakes (they offer vegan versions too).

This is such a little gem in Birmingham. It's a calm space with plenty of room for gaming and socialising. The food is wonderful! Playing a new board game over a chunky sandwich with a craft cider is such a luxurious way to spend an afternoon.
The owners couldn't do enough for you and will even have a game with you if you're short handed. Everyone should come and give this place a look. True local, independent business doing something different.
I've been here a few times now and I've always had a great experience! There's a wonderful collection of board games. Both Stuart and Laura are welcoming and helpful hosts. They're happy to explain how to play a game to your party which definitely helps you in getting a game started.
There's also a nice range of food and drink. I really enjoy their buffalo loaded fries the most.

Celebrated my teenagerās birthday by booking a table for a few hours of games. We had a great time - friendly staff, good drinks and snacks, and great range of games. Would definitely go again.
Went for an evening game of Blood on the Clocktower and had a really good time. Staff were friendly, approachable, and clearly experienced. Our gamesmaster was excellent, having in-depth knowledge of the game and was helpful and considerate, especially since I hadn't played before. The food was tasty and well-cooked, although the cookie was a little rich for my taste. It was very loud and sometimes difficult to hear what people were saying, but given that two separate games were running with 30+ people in total that was to be expected. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Highly recommended.
