My partner and I agreed their pies are one of a kind pies - totally worth trying. The dough is light and the fillings are generous and so tasty. We started with one and then had to get all 4 flavours available: mushroom, chestnut and ale; ham hock; spicy jerk (decent amount of heat!); and chorizo, chicken and peppers. We also liked that the flavours were written out inside the box so we could distinguish the pies :D Definitely recommended!

I bought a mixed box of 4 pies at Moseley market, and I think the chicken and mushroom pie might be the nicest pie I've ever eaten. I love the size of them too - quality over quantity for me. The lady on the stall was lovely and really friendly. Support your local independent businesses if you can, we need them!

The cafe is a very good spot in the middle of Kings Heath. I dropped in to buy some pies which I would normally buy at local markets. The lady on the counter was super friendly and helpful in helping to select the pies. There is lots of seating available in the cafe which is very nicely decorated. I did notice there was no signage to what flavour pies are on offer. I would say though it would not appear very easy for someone to know the pies can be bought in the store to take home in a box. I can't help but feel a nice big board with all the flavours and specials would attract more shoppers. Like myself it was only where I purchased some for the first time at a market I was told i could freeze them, which make excellent mid-week meals.

It was good to visit the pie stall at the Bradford on Avon Food and Drink festival today. I bought two pies as they looked so rustic and the company had clearly enjoyed success in the National pie awards. I have just tried the chicken and leak. It’s delicious and quite herby. Perfect for one person. Well done with this enterprise and for sharing the joy in Wiltshire!

Amazing pies! Ordered four, where were all spectacular. Great flavours and pastry. Ordered a vegan butternut squash pie for my three year old daughter with a dairy allergy - she loved it! Amazing customer service and questions answered promptly. The pies were well labelled and packaged carefully. Clear instructions and perfect for freezing for a later date. Will definitely be ordering more pies soon!

Outstanding pies, but a bit of a victim of its own success at the moment - hard to buy any meat pies as they are often out of stock! Great to see a new local business thriving and always selling out though, and when you can get hold of them the pies (especially pie, mash, gravy & peas meal deal) are delicious. EDIT: I've edited from 4* to 5* as they now do a next day pre-order service.
