Greggs, it's what you expect. Good food and staff are always polite. They get a tough time I suppose because of the blatant drug dealing and feins hanging around directly outside.

Jin (the manager) & the staff always give great, friendly customer service with a smile. It can get busy in the morning but generally it's a good store. Occasionally there are queues as they can be under staffed at times.

Great meal deal and wonderful coffee. Staff are all excellent. Definitely worth a visit. ..steak bake is my fave.

Really handy to grab lunch on my way to work. A clean tidy store with friendly staff.

Products are not always readily available, however, staff is always flexible and will prepare what you need, if possible. The staff at this location (New town) are always friendly and professional. I have visited other Gregg's locations but this is my favourite for all those reasons. Great customer service helps especially when so much is happening around us. Well done, keep it up!!
