These hot pretzels are the best that I have ever had, and now I fear that I am hooked.
Located on the ground floor of the Bullring, they have a good selection of flavours that you can choose from. I looked over the counter, and saw the staff rolling out the fresh dough and making the pretzels by hand.
I tried the cinnamon with sugar pretzel, with a drink for a total sum of £4.00. It instantly melts in your mouth, smells and tastes divine, the aroma is just beautiful, quite filling as a snack, and you even get a loyalty card with a stamp. (buy 9 and your 10th pretzel is free).
Expect a queue as these tasty delights are proving quite popular. You take them away so can eat on the go, or take advantage of the seating that's available right behind the store. Overall pleasant and great healthy food, I'll be going back.
In NYC I developed a dangerous obsession with pretzels. Hard salted chocolated pretzels, soft buttery airy cinnamon pretzels, pretzels in the knot shape, bite-sized pretzels, everything pretzel. Whilst it's reasonably easy to find the hard salty snack pretzels in multipacks in supermarkets, there's not many places that offer the soft fluffy pretzels I fell in love with - until Mr. Pretzels opened in the Bullring.
I was dubious at first - but following the trend of dishing out samples (as so many of the food stalls in the Bullring seem to do) they caught me with their free samples of the cinammon sugar offerings. Buttery, soft, and *delicious* - worryingly for my waitline, I feel these will help tide my cravings over until I can get back overseas. YUM!
Oh dear God. These are the greatest savoury inventions ever made! Every time I'm around the central of Birmingham I will have to pop by the Bullring's Mr Pretzel and buy a cinnamon pretzel. Seriously, you need to get yourself to their stand and try their pretzels. A staff member even stands close by handing out free samples of their pretzels so if you're spectacle about purchasing one, you can always try a sample beforehand. I don't see any reason for anyone to be sceptical anyway as they are so damn good! The exact treat you need to be enjoying whilst shopping or to even munch on when passing through town. The pretzels are warm and soft in your mouth; it's such a desire on your tongue. I could actually eat these pretzels all day. If only they had more stands around Birmingham!
ABSOLUTELY love coming here, the coffee is to die for and the customer service is exceptional, especially from Hannah. I could tell my brew was made with love and not rushed.
Hannah was really professional and down-to -earth, I cannot sing her praises enough, the customer service was what made me enjoy the brew more and want to come back
Pretzels tasted absolutely amazing and were made fresh. The customer service was also excellent, staff were very friendly and patient. Can’t wait to visit again!
I was served by Hannah a few days ago and received THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, she really delivered service with a smile and was able to make me feel comfortable as a customer.

I have eaten the best hand rolled pretzel in ages. The lady from.there was very kind and professional, if you want to try something extraordinary special please go there and you will not regret it.
Went there with my husband and two kids. We have been served by the Manager , a lovely and young lady . Very respectfull and friendly. Even though my children weren’t sure what to get , she was very patient with us and suggested us to have the bites which they both loved them. Highly recomended , for sure will visit again!! The manager is a credit to your company!
Love the pretzels from here, never usually have a bad one but if you just have the sugar and cinnamon one for me they always over do it on the sugar and cinnamon. Tone it down and for me it would be perfect, staff in this bullring store in Birmingham didn't seem the happiest and looked like they were clock watching for there shift to finish
The employees there were very polite, however when I asked the employer something she was quite rude. So the 5 stars are for the pretzels and 5 for the employees and 0 for employer.
Absolutely delicious, waiting times are a bit long but it is worth it for a hot, fluffy pizza bagel!
Cinnamon & sugar is elite. Staff are sound, let me have half salt and half sesame to try them... all flavours are good ngl👌
Amazing Staff, pretzels are worth the price 110%. Amazing costumer service skills from the till and they're hardworking indeed.
