Steak bake was cold and I got over charged by £2 by a ignorant worker if you can't handle working in a busy place then find another job! £10:50 for a meal deal and steak bake is a mug off !

Went to Gregg's for a breakfast baguette queue was nearly out of the door and only 1 person working a till. People were back of house as you could see them but obviously the customers are not as important to the staff until people started to complain. this is not an acceptable standard of service
