Such a nice bar and was truly a great, accidental find! Super dog friendly, we were immediately greeted with a bowl of water for the dog and they were more than happy for our boy to be on the comfy chair with us!
They had all their halloween decorations up too and there were so many, there was always something new to spot! Loved it!

Nice place overall. Only had a couple of pints & games of pool with some mates; peaceful atmosphere, not extortionate and very friendly staff. The place is traditional in it's appearance but has a few niche surprises along the way. I went in the afternoon and not been during the night in a while but it's a place I'll definitely be returning to in future.

Haven't crossed the doorstep for over 20 years nothing has changed apart from staff. With a beautiful wooden interior that feels so cosy and warm.

Great Dog friendly pub, called in on Sunday and had the most amazing Sunday lunch, despite being short staffed they managed to turn out a lovely meal with great service... staff were really attentive, checking food was okay and bringing water for people's pooches.
