Absolute Music Cafe

This is my local music store. The staff were friendly and I had no problems whatsoever during my time there. They do also have recording studios and rehearsal rooms (which I've been to many times in the past), and I think it's really nice if you're looking to jam out with your bandmates, or if you wanna do solo practice.

Visited this place a couple of times and had a wonderful experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, giving their maximum support in order to a perfect purchase. Richard at guitar section helped me several times. From song books, to high quality professional music / sound gear under one roof. Highly recommend this place. Cheers …!

We had an awesome time at Absolute Music studio visiting the recording studio for the day. Our band had booked another studio elsewhere but it was cancelled at the last minute however Emily at Absolute Music was able to sort a booking for us with very short notice. We were blown away by the support from the staff who set us up and checked levels really quickly so we could get recording. The selection of gear is outstanding and the attention to detail on microphone selection, monitors and sound isolation was above what we have experienced elsewhere. The biggest shout out goes to Emily who really impressed us providing professional but easy going engineering support that really made the day fun and super productive. Our recordings are the best we have made to date and we would recommend her as an Engineer to anyone else - she really knows her stuff and indulged all of our ridiculous requests. I purchased a brilliant item, i actually think the shop undersold it, with little description of condition, year instrument was made etc. It plays beautifully and looks great, after a clean….( that i had to give it) yes it was filthy on arrival. Also my initial payment was refused without any further contact from the shop, the effort was made by me to contact them when i noticed the item was still on their store website, they did not contact me and it took several calls to sort the problem out. In all the Instrument is fantastic, service not so much.
