2 minute walk from Bournemouth Station located under Asda Roundabout. Lovely helpful staff with great vibe. I ordered a Lamb burger that was tasty and went down well with a cold can of Coke! Good portions for the price. Opening times are a bit hit and miss at the moment due to Covid but otherwise, for a shift worker, a welcome option when stuck with wondering where to eat!
I was lucky enough to come across Fresh & Delish when they opened last year, right before the first lockdown! Then they had to close for a while because of the restrictions. Once they were back to business Whalid and the team have always been really good and friendly. The food is always really tasty, fresh and very good. Very helpful staff and a nice relaxed vibe about the place which makes it a nice spot to chill and have a tea, coffee or food before heading into town.
I have ordered food a few times from there and drinks, and always enjoyed the decent coffee and food. The last meal I ordered there was chicken curry which was tasty and warm. The portions and price is good value for money.
I go here every day, the food is delicious and the service is amazing. The dude who owns the place is a genuine guy who'll make you laugh while he makes you some of the nicest food you'll taste in Bournemouth. If your coming into town from the train station I strongly recommend stopping by for some grub its 10/10

Walid, the store owner, was an absolute gem. He was friendly, funny, and kind. My friend and I were blown away by the dirty fries and halloumi burgers. The tumeric sponge cake was a delight, light and fluffy with a gorgeous subtle taste. The homemade lemonade was perfect, along with the honey sweetened ice tea, both were amazing for the hot day yesterday was.
Whilst on the way to the train station, I had the opportunity to try their handmade lamb burger (with cheese), served with a smile. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, I haven't tried anything else, but most of their options are halal friendly, so I have high hopes for future visits.
Been living in Bournemouth for 2 years and I can say this is the best food I've eaten! The staff are 10/10 food is cheep and delicious. Definitely going to become a regular.
In all the madness of lockdown I forgot how much I missed my coffee. And came across fresh and delish a few weeks ago. Amazing coffee at fantastic price and great service by the husband and wife team.
