I go here every day, the food is delicious and the service is amazing. The dude who owns the place is a genuine guy who'll make you laugh while he makes you some of the nicest food you'll taste in Bournemouth. If your coming into town from the train station I strongly recommend stopping by for some grub its 10/10

5 minute walk from Bournemouth Station located under Asda Roundabout.
Very helpful staff and a nice relaxed vibe about the place which makes it a nice spot to chill and have a tea, coffee or food before heading into town.
I have ordered food a few times from there and drinks, and always enjoyed the decent coffee and food. The last meal I ordered there was chicken curry which was tasty and warm. The portions and price is good value for money.

2 minute walk from Bournemouth Station located under Asda Roundabout. Lovely helpful staff with great vibe. I ordered a Lamb burger that was tasty and went down well with a cold can of Coke! Good portions for the price. Opening times are a bit hit and miss at the moment due to Covid but otherwise, for a shift worker, a welcome option when stuck with wondering where to eat!

I was lucky enough to come across Fresh & Delish when they opened last year, right before the first lockdown! Then they had to close for a while because of the restrictions. Once they were back to business Whalid and the team have always been really good and friendly. The food is always really tasty, fresh and very good.
