Had a great dinner here. Typical classic Italian restaurant with all the usual dishes and some interesting specials. Chicken liver starter was excellent, as were all three pasta dishes we chose. Wine list is extensive if a little expensive. Good range of beers. Part of the place is up a set of stairs on the first floor. Something to be aware of if you find stairs an issue. Would recommend reserving a table as it was very busy when we were there. Despite this service was quick and friendly. for what we had it was also good value.
Fabulous family run business with Incredible food, you can immediately see the effort, heart and soul that goes into the food. Both pasta dishes were amazing, my wife ordered pasta napoli whilst I ordered the rigatoni. For desert, the cantuccini was incredible and my Wife was speechless at the afogato! Incredible!
I came here two days after my wedding, during our honeymoon and the service were so nice and friendly!
The service was so fast and we enjoyed a lovely chat with the service about Italy!
If there were six stars I would give them that!

Fantastic Italian restaurant. Loved the ambience, food and service. We tried Margharita pizza, the vegetariana pizza and the ravioli with spinach and ricotta. Each was excellent. Then we tried Chocolate fudge cake and tiramisu for dinner and that was amazing too. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant in Windermere.
Been visiting this fab authentic rustic italian restaurant for 23 years and the family owners still offer a warm and friendly welcome, with excellent traditional italian fayre and great hospitality! Highly recommend any pasta or fish/seafood dish - oh and garlic bread with tomato to die for! Also homemade Tiramisu is a must for a sweet tooth to finish your meal!

Brilliant Italian restaurant. The complete authentic Italian experience, from the decor, the layout, the amazing and friendly staff and of course the food. It was all amazing.
We were a party of 8 with no prior booking and they immediately accommodated us. Although I do recommend a pre booking especially at weekends.

The food was amazing! This is a family run restaurant by 3 Italian brothers and their wife’s. The food was by far the best Italian we have tried in the UK and you could feel the passion throughout. Would definitely recommend!
Great little family Italian restaurant in Bowness on Windermere. Friendly attentive service delicious well presented traditional food. Reasonable prices and interesting cuisine with good specials board. Booking advised as it’s quite small. Recommended !
The welcome we got was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very authentic. Everyone said that the food they ordered was wonderful. My choice was a chicken dish with a creamy brandy sauce and it was delicious. I highly recommend it.
A very authentic Italian restaurant! The restaurant is opened for 31 years. Run by four brothers and they served food by themself.
