Trattoria

Simply wonderful. My date night choice of restaurant for my other half’s surprise night away for her birthday. And oh the team at trattoria did not disappoint. Wonderful stuff, phenomenal food and a real great environment. Felt like we was abroad given the hot day we had and we was sat outside. Birthday treat and happy birthday song by the whole team on my request which was amazing (she was not best pleased with me, but she loved it really) But this gets a full 5 Star Review from us both. Thank you to you all.

Absolutely loved the food here. We walked in without a reservation and were seated promptly. The staff was very friendly and relaxed. At no point we felt rushed or pressured. The menu is quite extensive with good options for vegetarians. I took their vegetable stew which was absolutely soul warmingly delightful. All meals had very healthy potions and were done to high quality - whether it was plating or the taste itself. Tiramisu here was very very tasty.

We ordered vegetarian pizza and bolognese pizza. Both were excellent Very good value for money. We were unable to finish our pizzas, so we were given a box so we could take unfinished slices away Great service Complimentary shots of limoncello liqueur afterwards were very much appreciated - thank you

Popped in here over the weekend, a very busy little place where by chance we got the last table for two, I’d definitely recommend booking as they had to turn away several people afterwards. Inside is nicely decorated and has a clean presentation, fresh flowers on the table and also a lit candle in matching glass jars. A couple of very hardworking guys circling the tables getting drinks and bringing food, couldn’t fault there work ethic at all. We ordered a pollo pizza and a trattoria pizza with a size order of wedges and a garlic dip. The food came without a silly wait and was freshly cooked, the garlic dip was very generous and had great flavour, at the end of our meal two shots of limoncello were brought out which was a nice touch. Definitely somewhere I’d return to if I was visiting the area again.
