The lady serving in here this morning (9/11/23) was super lovely, polite and attentive- she was readily willing to take the time to have a chat with us. We only ordered a portion of chips though they were fantastic: fresh and the portion was huge. Thanks!

Food was spot on for me. Small f&c's with gravy, most enjoyable. Poor lady was by herself so there was a about a 20 min wait, but fish fried fresh (try saying that quickly 🤣). Weirdo family in corner, staring and talking about us for some reason, but apart from that, fab 👌

Excellent freshly cooked fish and chips. Sat inside as there are 3 little tables. Always go there when we visit Bowness on Windermere
