An outstanding bakery and food emporium - delicious and stupendous value. Also a nice selection of pottery and hats. Well worth a visit - and very convenient given the Brentwood train station next door.

I bought a mixed bag of baked goods and they were great. Loved the empanadas in particular, both the cheese guava and the chicken. The tres leches here is not the wet type but like a cake slice, nevertheless was mild and good. I am very impressed by the wide variety and the price. Definitely one of the best bakeries in the area.

Incredible spot, you’re not going to find more authentic Colombian food on Long Island than here. The vibes are great, food is excellent, and staff is welcoming and friendly. Don’t think twice!

I really like this place. Far as I'm concerned, they got the islands best empanadas and homemade hot sauce. The bakery is pretty good, although I wish they had a bit more dulce de leche and milk on their caramel tres leches. But that's 100% a personal preference and not at all a quality issue. The fruit drinks are great here also. I have tried other hot items and they were decent. But I travel far Outa my way for the empanada.

Everytime we come to Brentwood, we have to go to La Espiguita! They have so many different Hispanic foods, and desserts. We love the empanadas con carne and cheese ones are great too! Their pupusas are the bomb! And they got tres leches cake, and cheesecakes and all kinds of different goodies. They also have traditional drinks- like Morir Soñando! Their prices are decent, the people are welcoming. The location is right by the road and maybe a sketchy area, but we don't care -we used to live there!

The perfect place to get some empanadas before boarding a train or when you are out and about the area. They also have some really good cakes, pastries and treats worth coming in store for. I love the aesthetic this store tries to go for and the customer service is always top notch.

Love the specialties from El Salvador at this establishment. Every time I frequent the host members treat you with common courtesy. I love the submarines pastry its creamy and delicious. I had the flan as well. I'll try some other delights too get the full experience of the various cultural aspects in terms of scrumptious treats from a favorite region of mines.
