Hello just left from getting my food I ordered online. And they where sold out. But the manager Shanon and her staff was so pleasant and made sure I was satisfied. I have been to two different local and hated the service but she was the best. Thank you!

Overall I had a pretty good experience. The girl behind the counter was very interested in what her phone was telling her and was a little slow on my order. The chicken was great as always but the biscuits were literal bricks. The area around the soda is really messy and there are lots of lids on the ground and those straw sleeves scattered about. No one is keeping this area clean because they're too busy looking at their stupid phones

I was at this location 6/6/23. I stopped to get something to eat after work. As usual.. you’re in a hurry to get home and relax and eat. One of your managers.. CHUCK.. got me in and out in less then 5 minutes. He has EXCELLENT customer service…

I've never had a bad experience here. Last time I went through the drive thru, the line was long but moved fast. The associate at the window was nice & was accommodating when I asked for sauces. Everything was super flavorful. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 star, is the chicken was a tad dry.
