Staff are really friendly and nice and I had a bacon roll which u have to grab from the fridge and they will heat up for u which they don't mention until u get to the till I had a carmel iced latte which is always amazing and my friend had a frappe but she is lactose intolerant but they do offer milk alternatives and write it down on the cup I go to this costa alot and have never had a bad experience my only complain is it is a bit expensive the food and the drinks but the drinks especially ate lovely

this place is always clean and tidy, sometimes the staff are a little stressed and pressured but in general it is a nice place to go
Today was extremely busy, but the tables were kept clean as soon as the were emptied and ready for new customers to sit down

Typical Costa, typical menu and availability.
Friendly staff and clean tables etc.
Only downside was that we were staying in to drink but they only had takeaway cups available so we had to drink out of paper rather than porcelain!!!

Very quiet when I visited. Staff were in training but still gave great service and had my coffee ready in just a minute.

Friendly staff, Average prices different flavours. Parking nearby family friendly and disability access available. Great for five minutes rest while shopping.

Ordered through uber eats and food was prepared and delivered quickly. The cold coffees are delicious and cakes were amazing. The toasties were still hot when they arrived.

Wow just been into Costa at Mcarthur Glen ,super busy yet the staff are brilliant ,engaging full of smiles ,first class service ....a credit to the manager at this store ....very well done !!!!
