Lovely staff, always very friendly as well as efficient. My favourite is the bacon and brie panini but my new favourite is the Christmas Toastie!
Very smiley happy staff.Went to Costa with my friends in Telford one by premier inn, one member of staff on early morning for breakfast with our friends not good at all and left my Costa card there,hadn't got it when went back not very helpful.i go to Costa every town I go to love it

Though starbucks is my favorite, I believe costa is a good competitor especially in the UK 😎
Pleasant enough Costa, makes good use of the space available with lots of tables tucked into corners and nooks. Friendly staff and my tea was nice. Toilets were clean too. Only downside very slow service, even on a busy Saturday standing for 20 minutes in a queue to get a drink is just too long. Costa HQ, maybe try to get more staff to this branch? It's nearly excellent, but the wait lets it down a bit.
Spacious coffee shop, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, would recommend.

All ok, toilets no paper so not checked. Drinks and food nice
Sat in here working away, and witnessed some of the most caring service. Mark the manager and team are so accommodating towards their customers. Opening doors, making sure all customers find a seat, and bringing drinks over to people that can not always carry them.
I don’t think service like this existed, yet alone in a national chain like Costa.
