Utopia

Went to the cafe today for dinner with my son, friend her daughter and her dad, I ordered a standard breakfast, I asked for toast and got bread, my egg was overcooked and old, my beans was the worse, big black solid lumps in it all and a hard sausage, didn't not eat it, wasn't beat impressed to say I waited an hour, my friend got a cottage pie, waited and hour, it was cold and looked like dog food, her dad ate his breakfast to be polite but said he didn't enjoy it at all!! Lady at the opposite table was waiting over an hour on her son's birthday and had to leave before there food arrived to go to the cinema in time that she promised her son for his birthday. Shame really I used to love the cafe but now it's a no from me

Absolutely horrendous service. Went bowling and our lane kept stopping and we had to bring it to the staffs attention multiple times and then at the end had to switch lanes anyway! We had to have time added on to our hour that we paid for because of all the time wasted. At the end when feelings were expressed to the staff, no apology was given at all. Very disappointed as this was a trip out AN HOUR AND A HALF AWAY just to be given that service. Also, the gents toilets were an absolute disgrace, very dirty! Would not recommend if you want a nice day out.

By far one of the best arcades at Bridlington. Not only do they have free toilet facilities but staff are friendly and helpful. They have lots of various arcade games aswell as 2p machines, a portrait machine, bowling and so much more. We visited during the pandemic and there were many hand sanitising stations on entering and throughout the forum. Definitely worth a visit when you go to bridlington.

Staff have a seriously bad attitude. Went bowling, the lane didn't work right and the short girl behind the counter must of been in a mood cause she was as rude as hell. Everytime you told her there were issues she seemed to have issues with us complaining and extremely short tempered. Ended up getting our money back because it didn't work properly. Day previous to this another staff was rude to my 15 year old daughter because she thought she was in there without me and was sat on a ride whilst i played in the 18+ room. Won't go in again. To add. My mum won 15 quid on a machine and it paid out 1 pound.
