BANGKOK KITCHEN HAS PUT IN DANGER OUR DAUGHTER'S LIFE!. NEVER AGAIN!! THE MANAGER DIDN'T TAKE ANY RESPONSABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKE. YOU CAN SEE PICTURES WITH EGG INCLUDED BELOW. We had few bad experiences but last night was a terrible experience and the last one. Food arrived after 1.40 hours that we ordered it. When we open it, the food was very cold, so we called the restaurant and they said that they couldn't do anything because we had received it! Also they put egg in our children rice. I specifically ordered just with chicken and vegetables because of our daughter's allergy to egg. We called them to ask for a refund and also explained how serious the situation was, as they sent us some food which was putting our daughter in danger. The answer from the restaurant was terrible! They didn't take any responsability about their mistake and THE MANAGER FROM THE RESTAURANT SAID HE WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Staff was very rude to us over the phone. I asked to talk to the mananger and they said he will called me, but he didn't call me.The restaurant has been reported now, and an investigation will start now.

Terrible place with super rude staff. I got fed up with putting up with this and stopped going after a particular time when I asked them to please make the Tom Yum mild as last time I had had it was too spicy. What they did was to make it so over-the-top spicy that I couldn't even eat it!! (And I like spicy food in general) It really felt like they were giving me the finger for asking... I've encountered very few places in my life where staff are as rude as in here. There is enough choice in Brighton now to avoid these nasty people (noticed they never have anything to say about complaints posted here? )

We are very disappointed with the service because the food was late. We ordered the food at 5pm and asked for it to be delivered at 6 pm which they agreed to. At 6:30 we called asking where our food was and they informed us the driver starts at 6 and is just leaving to deliver our food. It arrived at about 7pm. The food itself was very good but we felt that they could've filled the rice containers fully. There was also no syrup with the banana fritters. The other portions were quite generous.

AVOID! Absolutely terrible food, many mistakes and rude staff. We have ordered from this place few times and every single time they made some sort of mistake, but this time it was absolutely unacceptable. We have ordered rice with no egg and we explained that kids are allergic to it. Food came over 45 min later than they said, it came cold and kids rice came with eggs in it! When I called staff they didn't care at all and in the beginning offered us half of the refund, but after some time they said they can't even do that! We have paid £40 for their food, which was horrible, cold, duck was smelling strange and massive mistake with kids egg! All we heard was sorry, but we can't do anything about it. PLEASE AVOID as it probably one of the worst places in Brighton and hove.

My favourite restaurant in Brighton. We go here probably 2 or 3 times a month. There's great places to eat all over beautiful Brighton but this place always seduces us back. It's not far from my house which is wonderful and lethal. This is authentic Thai food, very reasonably priced. It's down to earth and friendly. The portions are large so it's incredible value. I'm scared to be honest cos my heart breaks when we can't get a table but everyone should try this stellar wonder. Don't hesitate. Terrific Thai ♥️
