Never liked sour style beer until this Brewery. I can not stress enough how delicious and creative their flavors are. In a state with so much stiff competition, Something takes fun with beer to a whole new level. I have always been satisfied with the service as well.

Fantastic service from Mr. Jeremy in his wonderful pants. Had a Big Dope Cantaloupe while awaiting some wonderful food. Needless to say we left with some treats and will Def. Be back soon.

Great beer here and service from bartender/server John. They have seating in the back of the restaurant if you can't find one in the front of the bar. They do NOT have food but usually have a food truck. The bar tender wears his mask the whole time & makes sure each section is sanitized after use. Love the artwork and colorful names for there beer.

This place has some great beer at reasonable prices. The names are all quite clever and are regularly changed. Also a great variety: pilsner, sours, ipa, stouts, and even a Dunkel. The atmosphere is very lively. Rotating food trucks every weekend. Something unique they do, if you bring in a water bottle (not the plastic throwaway), they give you a new Something Brewery sticker to add to it. Such a fun place. Bartenders also chat it up the entire time.

Staff is ultra-friendly and very knowledgeable by their beer. They seem to know all the locals by name. The beer is also very tasty, and many varieties are available in crawlers or cans to take home. Very cozy space. We stop by for some beer whenever we're close.

Great craft brewery in the heart of 'old' downtown Brighton. Excellent beer with a creative twist. Not your regular 'ol craft beer menu. Adventurous flavor combinations that are brewed to a perfect balance of flavors. Sours and Cream Ales are Outstanding! Shake Rattle and Roll is Ridiculously good! If you are not the adventurous type when it comes to beer they have fantastic Saison, Blondes, Stouts and IPA's on the menu aswell. Nice tap room with bar, table and patio seating options.

Tried the Godspeed and it was great, I'm not a big time beer reviewer so I can't really comment on what notes were picked up or anything like that but I can tell you that it was damn good and refreshing.
