John was able to turn a negative experience into a positive one for me on my last visit. The store was unable to fulfill my chocolate chip cookie order initially as they were out of stock and their truck had not arrived. I was disappointed that the app let me order an out of stock item and that I would have to try and obtain a refund from the third party app owner/corporate. However, before I was able to leave the parking lot, the truck had arrived and John brought out the cookies I had initially ordered along with a couple bonus ones for the inconvenience. Working in fast food cannot be easy so I appreciated his effort to go above and beyond.

This McDonald's is kiosk or app order only and not all of the available items are shown on the kiosk. For example we wanted chocolate milk with our happy meal, and they did have chocolate milk in stock, but the choice was not given on the kiosk. When I tried to talk to a crew member about this, she stated that I had to order through the kiosk, they do not take any in person orders.

This is not the best McDonald's.
Order - small fry and a McDouble
Bright spots - cashier at the drive thru was pleasant and the order was correct.
The rest - fry bag was less than half full. Burger had next to no condiments on it. A tiny pickle, 3-4 onion shavings and a dot of mustard.

Ordered a blue fanta freeze, wouldnt dare eat the food these days it is garbage, the manager made eye contact with me several times but after 7 minutes of standing there i was never even acknowledged. She was too busy just making fries and standing there while they cooked. Finally my drink was put on the counter and immediately the employees back was turned. Not even eye contact. Like "get your drink and leave" is how it felt. Poor customer service and rude employees. You guys dont even deserve the pay you get. You have one job and you do it extremely forgettable.

Eh. Wasn't great, evening of 7/7. Drive thru didn't order the two lanes correctly, and let three cars past mine before the one in front of me got to order. I then sat for 12 minutes in the pickup lane waiting for a QPC, which eventually arrived really badly overcooked. Fast food can be hit or miss nowadays, but I was particularly disappointed tonight.

Well...my experience here today was less than stellar. I placed my order on the app and did curbside pickup around 2pm. When I got home with my order I was happy to see that my request for no onions on my cheeseburger was followed, BUT quite disappointed to find that it was missing the most important part...the burger! Fortunately my husband had ordered a double cheeseburger, so he gave me one of his. The fries were awful, and the spicy chicken sandwiches were dry and had hardly any lettuce on them. The only thing we truly enjoyed was the shamrock shake.

This McDonald's was clean and the staff were nice, however it took us 25 minutes to receive our order. Which was only 3 items. Very disappointing.

I was on a road trip and stopped in for a quick drink and it took them over 50 minutes just to bring me a coke and a sausage McMuffin. Horrible.
