Katie was doing an excellent job at filling orders and being happy. Pracilla was doing OK. Max didn't help us. Overall good experience.

Love the ice cream, very rich and creamy with a ton of flavorful mix-ins. Not too keen on the pricing, though. The bang for the buck is low and sometimes I'd just rather have a large twist soft-serve cone for about half the price. The cakes are awesome and are better than those in the freezer aisle of the average grocery store.

Ordered through door dash. They packed my waffle bowl separately from the ice cream so it didn't become soggy. 😁😁😁

The staff is very friendly, and I love all the flavors they have. However its a little pricey for me personally. The service can also be a little slow sometimes if they're busy but I usually don't really mind waiting, and It's obvious that the staff is trying.
